Haley Devine is Head of Wealth Management at MaxCap Group, bringing 20+ years of experience in banking and finance. Based in Melbourne and part of the Capital team, she specialises in wealth manager distribution strategies, product management, and wealth relationship development, and plays a vital role in increasing discretionary funds under management and executing product & relationship strategies for wealth and distribution platforms.
Before joining MaxCap Group, Haley worked at Wingate where she held a similar role. Prior to that, she worked at Vanguard Investments in distribution sales covering broking, private wealth and research houses. Before this, she spent 14 years in London working for Citi, Goldman Sachs and HSBC in various sales and client management roles. With a strong background in funds management, she has contributed significantly to the design of the MaxCap Investment Trust.
Haley holds a Bachelor of Commerce/ Arts from University of Melbourne and has earned a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. She is dedicated to bringing leading private credit funds to Australian wealth managers.
